Three examples of our approach to care coordination and institutional support. Identifying details have been changed to protect confidentiality.
Case i.
Cardiology — Southeast Asia
Cardiac assessment in a single visit to Japan
A business owner from Southeast Asia sought clarification of a diagnosis received locally. Following a physician's review of the records, we arranged a comprehensive cardiac assessment at a specialist facility in Tokyo. Testing and a treatment plan from the institution were completed during a five-day stay.
5days from testing to a treatment plan
Case ii.
Regenerative Medicine — Europe
A year-long regenerative medicine programme
For a European patient with knee osteoarthritis, we coordinated a year-long programme involving cultured stem-cell therapy. Three visits to Japan were arranged, each combining treatment with time to rest in Kyoto.
3visits within one coordinated plan
Case iii.
Institutional — Tokyo
International patient outreach for a Tokyo clinic
We provided a regenerative medicine clinic with multilingual content, social media management and support for welcoming international patients. During the ongoing engagement, overseas enquiries grew to approximately twelve times the previous level.
